You can use the Quick Support service case from the Android interface to execute a small handful of common functions, but if you need to do anything more complex, the Android native platform functionality will be much too limiting. Because these commands capture so many different events, there is a much smaller list of events that can be used, and there is a much larger list of functions that can be executed by using the various Quick Support plugins that are available for use with the TeamViewer platform.ДЇor this reason, I recommend using the TeamViewer QuickSupport plugin as a last resort. The most common events include: double tap to focus, tapping in the portrait mode, the device turning on with a tap, scrolling to scrollable elements, and so forth.

The reason for this is quite simple the Quick Supports function only supports the most common screen capture events that occur on most Android devices. If you're working with a device that has a very specific layout or doesn't respond correctly to certain commands, then the TeamViewer QuickSupport service may not be the ideal solution for your needs.
